1. First and foremost, we require all potential trainees to possess valid firearm permits for their respective states/countries of residence. No one will be accepted into the training program without this paperwork being completed in full.

2. All trainees must pass a background check and mental health assessment before they are accepted into the program. These checks must be conducted by approved security agencies.

3. All applicants will receive classroom training that covers general principles of law enforcement, use of force and basic tactics used during an armed response situation. The focus will be on practical instruction, with particular emphasis placed on accuracy, control, and safe handling of firearms.

4. We will then proceed with tactical shooting drills to enhance muscle memory, focusing on multiple target engagements while transitioning from one weapon platform to another when appropriate or necessary.

5. Next, situational judgment drills will be conducted where trainees will learn how to respond quickly and appropriately in critical situations involving use of deadly force.

6. Throughout the course there will be comprehensive examinations to assess understanding of material taught and learned in class sessions and practical application exercises throughout the program duration.

7. Once these qualifications have been successfully completed, all students will participate in simulations including low-light shoot houses and self-defense courses with live ammunition prior to graduation from our training program..
