This Cash in Transit Training course is designed to provide personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect, move and handle cash and valuables safely and efficiently. It focuses on providing best practices for dealing with incidents that may arise when conducting cash-handling operations. The training covers topics such as preparing for a cash transit operation, safe handling techniques, awareness of safety issues, identification of risks and appropriate responses to possible threats or situations.

Course objectives:

Upon completion of this Cash in Transit Training course, participants will have the ability to:

• Understand basic principles associated with the secure transportation of valuables
• Conduct pre-departure vehicle checks and recognize any potential risks or issues before commencing a journey
• Effectively operate all Cash in Transit security equipment according to industry standards
• Manage emergency scenarios including responding appropriately to threatening situations
• Provide advice and instruction on best practices for Cash in Transit staff members
• Respond effectively to losses or incidents

Duration & Delivery Format:

This is a two-day classroom based course conducted at our East London Training Center. We use lecture style teaching along with hands-on practice sessions to ensure participants get an interactive experience. Each participant also receives printed materials relevant to their learning experience as part of their training package.

Costs & Certification:
